Once you own over 10 units, you will need to move up to the paid version, however, the pricing is very reasonable, starting at only $35/mo.
rentigo –
rentigo will allow you to easily collect your rent online. Tenants love this option as nowadays most people are paying many of their bills via the internet, this makes things even easier for them. Landlords and tenants can also manage and report maintenance issues. Their interface is very user-friendly and works on any desktop, tablet or smartphone!
Rent Tracker –
Rent Tracker is a clean and simple way to track your properties using an Android, iPad or iPhone. (A web-based version is coming soon.) They have been in business since 1999, one of the first in their industry, revolutionizing property management software as they go. To hire with confidence, you can look around on google and search for reviews online, or you can use one of the apps above to quickly and easily see what people are saying. You will be able to see pricing as well as contact the vendor directly. Both of these platforms are go-to apps of many landlords and property management professionals.
